Last week I filled in for a photographer at Diamond Valley Leader. I was moderately excited to hear the shoot would be at a skate park, but alas the photo I was snapping would be of a BMXer. All good. The story asked for a positive and responsible youth photograph so this is what I came up with. It's very simple but I like the sky and shadow. The boy on the bike is Jake.
Best part of this shoot was when I slipped backwards off the ramp and everyone at the skate park laughed at me. I hit my shoulder and head on the concrete to save my camera. What a boe-zo idiot photographer
